Want student to see his % Grade after Quiz Submission

I have spent hours trying to find a way to have a student see theri percentage grade after quiz submission and upon review of a quiz.  I can find no way to do this is Moodle 2.3.

When I, the teacher reviews his/her attempts I get the % grade no problem.

Does my administrator need to change something?

In the quiz settings, in the Review options section, is it set to allow review of 'Marks'?
