I can't see all te rezuts of a grup, just the output by letters

I inserted 2 pictures.

In the first one I selected the the A letter and I can see the rezult of the students that have the namen begining with A

by letters

On the seccond one I selected to see the rezult of all the students in a grup

The problem is that I don't see any rezults in this case.

Could somebody tell me how could I solve the problem ?
