Just read your response to this question - great idea. I switched to 2.4 from 1.9 because I wanted to get away from running/managing two data stores (moodle and a share)
Would you consider using a soft link to the folder inside the repository? Something like ln -s folder foldername?
I'm trying to think if there is any security risk associated with this or whether it would even work?
Would be grateful of any thoughts you might have.
