Resource types

When creating a IMSCP resource I encountered the following problems:

1. Creating the Moodle resource worked fine; however, when you re-open the settings form, the file name of the IMS CP module is no longer visible.
2. When you are playing the IMSCP module, it always shows a Table of Contents that cannot be surpressed.
3. AFAIK the table of contents is derived from the "organisations" element in the IMS CP manifest. AFAIK it is allowed to have zero organisation elements. Therefore, to get rid of the table of contents when playing the module, I removed the organisation element. The result is that Moodle does not play the IMS CP module at all due to a file error.
