Hi Alan!

I suggest you to create a new plugin in TinyMCE, so that you can develop your custom buttons and functions keeping clean the original ones. You can consult TinyMCE documentation here

I am finishing the development of a custom plugin and I will document the process but I cant't tell you when. Maybe a week or two.

If I have been able to do it, you will be able too smile
