locahost: "Delete"-icon appeared.

1. "Settings" became duplicated for some reason?

   I could the second one.

    

2. All the icons under Settings disappear occaissionally.

   By navigating back and forh b/w the categories, I can get them back.

1. Settings" became duplicated for some reason?
   
   I managed to remove the second one, tho'. 
   
   This site is a test site at a different web hosting service to that my school uses. I'm a bit worried if I could manage to remove the unnecessary one at the school Moodle.
   
   I replaced true back to false and check if the second one would disappear. The outcome was exactly the same.
   
   I don't have permissions to access this web hosting control panel. I have to test things thouroughly before I can tell what the IT staff to do...
