As a very new Moodler, I'm wondering if after taking a quiz, a user can automatically receive some sort of certificate? I've done my best to search everywhere and it doesn't seem to be possible, but maybe I've missed something. Is there a module to allow this? Is there a module planned? Seems like it's in demand.
Secondly, I know that emails can be sent out when someone registers or pays for a course, but what about completion - ie taking the quiz. What about people who are taking this quiz for CEU and need their accreditation body to be aware of course completion. Can this happen automatically with an email notification? Again, I did search for info, but had little luck. Thanks.
CHarlene Busch in the Business Moodle "How Do I?" forum has a certificate module that may do what you need as far as conditioning the certificate on a quiz. I just asked her if she had ideas re: sending an email too as that would be very useful.
