I am a new administrator with a question about cohorts and enrollments. We are using Moodle 2.01 and I am puzzled at the functionality of my cohorts and enrollment. I have my learners assigned into various cohorts to make it easier to enroll one type of learner to a course. My learners are employees, and the cohorts correspond to different job rolls. When a new employee joins the company I enroll them into the proper cohort and they are automatically assigned to the courses relevant to their job. My problem is when a learner changes jobs or roles, un-enrolling them from a cohort does not remove the course listings from their profile as I would expect it to. I see no way of removing the course listings from individuals that were originally enrolled by adding to a cohort. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!
