There was an issue with respect to getting 0.94 squared away, but as noted here: http://jsxgraph.uni-bayreuth.de/wp/2012/05/14/cdn-updated-to-v0-94/ the upshot is that you can now add the following to your AdditionalHtml (or update your SEE references accordingly) which will then redirect to the latest cdnjs librariries respecively:
http://jsxgraph.uni-bayreuth.de/latest/jsxgraphcore.js
http://jsxgraph.uni-bayreuth.de/latest/GeonextReader.min.js
http://jsxgraph.uni-bayreuth.de/latest/IntergeoReader.min.js
Or, of course, you can continue to use the cdnjs URLs
http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jsxgraph/0.94/jsxgraphcore.js
http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jsxgraph/0.94/GeonextReader.min.js
http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jsxgraph/0.94/IntergeoReader.min.js
DOn;t forget that you must add the jsxgrapg.css file separately (it is a small enough file you may just want to copy it to your server and reference it locally, though the remote file still works.
