Create a field they enter into when booking

Hi

I want to create a face to face activity so people can book on an exam, however I want them to have free text field where they can enter the module number of the exam, so I will know when the system emails me.

is it possible?

Hi Michelle,

It would be great if this was a possibility.  You aren't alone in wishing to collect some input on registration to a F2F session
