PayPal will accept Visa, MC, AMEX & users do not need a PayPal account.
Has been a little discussion re: authorize.net, maybe a couple more, but don't believe there's a published module as yet - others might correct me though.
is anyone willing to get into this point and prepair the needed to include share-it.com payment systems into moodle sites?
Hi Daniel. Does share-it.com support other languages like spanish? I´m working in a site that needs to accept payments but the spanish students won´t like to read the payment instructions in english.
share-it.com has many languages available, including spanish (let's make clear that i'm not part of share-it company but just a happy customer).
share-it.com dispone de opciones en varios idiomas, incluyendo español para sus menúes de pago (y aclaro que yo no soy parte de la compañía -bien estaría - sino sólo un cliente satisfecho).
again, anyone has any idea on how to embed payment by share-it.com into moodle?
alguien tiene idea de cómo incluir el sistema de pago de share-it.com dentro de un sitio moodle?
I am looking for ecommerce solutions also. I took a look at "share-it", and that is VERY expensive. Most ecommerce merchant accounts charge between 2-3% per transaction and a $.25 - $.50 fee per transaction.
Share-it wants to charge $2.95 PER trans action PLUS 5% (model A) or 14.9% with a min of $2.50 (model B)!!!!!!!
If I am missing something about share-it that justifies those outlandish fee's please let me know as I am still searching for the best ecommerce for my moodle.
I realise this thread is quite old, but I've just come across a moodle/e-commerce integration
I haven't tried it, so I don't know what it's worth -- has anyone had any (good/bad) experience with it?

Several of us have had success using a shopping cart system separate from Moodle and using the external database authentication and enrollment plugins (in my case) to integrate with Moodle. We use this with the popular free system ZenCart.
The code that I wrote to support this is available at in the MooCart project at http://moocart.sf.net if you are interested in using it, or helping with it. As noted there are some popular commercial solutions available as well as the Auth.net plugin in Moodle core.
Hope that helps,
Can v have offline payment for courses such as(check,DD).Also multiple options from student side so that he will select which he feel comfortable .

A client of mine in South Africa would like to set up payment for access to his Moodle-based course using NETCASH (the company he uses as his payment gateway for his non-Moodle websites). Could this be done and, if so, how?
Thanks so much
Currently, we don't support Netcash as a payment gateway.
However, we are able to make custom integrations if necessary.
Please feel free to contact me by email if you would like to discuss that further.

Thanks for the rapid reply, Richard. I have been in touch with my client and he will be thinking through the options and perhaps getting in touch with you.

We have a moodle platform and would like to incorporate sagepay (formerly Protx) onto it because of the useful linking with our sage accounts package. Can moodle easily slot this e-commerce system in?
I am trying to find a solution in Moodle 2.0 to attach the authorize.net payment option to courses. although the plugin is working, I cannot find a way in the enrollment options within the course where authorize.net is listed. any suggestions?
