For those interested on this subject, we finally decided to replace the feedback activity by a database one. We lose some features (required fields, simple analysis upon submitted answers and a few more) but we earn editing capabilities and flexibility on layouts (templates), as well as for inputs as for outputs. And also there is no need to deal with roles and permissions, because by default everybody has the right to see others entries.
