After complement,
We run a quiz and we had a number of troubles in moodle 1.9x :

  1. During  the quiz time, the system knocked some students out of the Moodle.
  2. One student could not continue his quiz, every time he logged in, the system knocked him out automatically, 
  3. we managed to mark him manually, but we could not override his mark on the moodle.His quiz status still shows as 'Open'.We could not submit his quiz, because the system doesn't allow us to do that .
  4. kindly asking, if someone know about this issue I really need big support.
  5. quiz time 8 mint and has multy type of questions

1. & 2. Which authentication plugin are you using?

3. This is a long-standing problem with the Moodle Quiz. It should finally be fixed in Moodle 2.3.
