Self enrolled users not having to enrol onto courses

Hi fellow moodlers.

I'm using Moodle 2.0.2 (Build: 20110221) and have a question regarding access to and enrollment upon site courses.

I'd ideally like to provide a learning community with a site that allows learners to self register and then doesn't require them to enrol upon courses.

Could anyone tell me how to allow learners to access all courses without enrolling?
