In moodle 1.9 I could assign an enrolled student 'teacher' role on a resource and they would get a 'turn editing on' button in the course. When they clicked the button, the edit icon would appear only by the resource for which they had additonal permissions.
Can anyone help me replicate this in 2.2? I can assign teacher role on the resource but I can't find a way for the user to turn editing on.
