Certifiate Printing non-instructors on certificate

I have an issue that I can't figure out how to solve.  We have an IT consultant who logs in to do our updates and help me with issues from time to time.  They are being printed on the certificates.  I need to exclude them, but don't know what to do.  Can anyone help?

It sounds like your consultant has been assigned a role of 'teacher' in the course. You will need to remove them from that role.
