When I view the list of Course Creators, I'm unable to remove people from that list as their name is greyed out.
In our environment, we're set up for LDAP authentication with certain groups set to automatically be Course Creators. Could that be why they're greyed out? We do want the majority of those people to be course creators, but there's a certain few we don't.
We're running 2.2.2+ if that makes any difference.
