Mary, you're right. I think I'll try keeping it simple, using a "topics" moodle course format and applying this kind of mapping:

This provides a starting point. After reproducing the sensei course in moodle, we can begin to build in more interesting combinations of resource and activity, so that we refine the course to our students needs.
