We at ULPGC have about 25000 students working with dragmath/mathjax in both Moodle and mahara. Of course Mahara installation use your code.
And we have in use Jmol and freemind plugins. I'm a biochemist so I use Jmol quite heavily for teaching molecular sctructures.
