Hello All
I am trying to set up a new role for my moodle system. I know how to create a new role but am not sure what capabilities to allow in order to get what I want from it. Basically I want the role to be able to:
1) Create users
2) Access and edit user details
3) Delete users
4) Assign users to individual courses
I can't seem to get the permissions right to be able to do all of the above functions but without being able to edit the course material. Also, I'm wondering if I have completed the other tasks I need to in order to get this new role off the ground. Any advice would be most appreciated.
