1) Good job joining all Courses and Users stuff in single links. You could do the same with Configuration, using a single link for: General configuration, Site settings, Themes, Language and Modules. So we could have a very easy admin menu having:
- Configuration
- Courses
- Users
- Logs
- Site files

2) Courses and Categories are not easily distinguished in the Avaliable courses listing. Perhaps you could put a little simbol before the Categories names (a black, little circle, for example), or even change the colors of Categories or Courses (For example categories in black).
