Originally I need a Manager account so that i can develop a course for my class.
the account details i fille did not give me an option to choose the type of account .. how can i change?
Are you talking about this Moodle site or your own Moodle site? If you mean your own site you are either an admin and so you can already develop courses or else you will need to ask your admin to give you teacher or course creator rights. But if you mean this Moodle site we are on now, well sorry; this is not for you to develop courses - it is for people to ask questions about Moodle and download it.
