Hello again! I am currently working with moodle 1.9. I have noticed that in order to get the students to show up in the grader book I must go in and assign the roles and then transfer each student over in order for them to show up in the grader book for me to run reports on a bunch of students at a time. is there a way to have this done automatically, and if so how? This way we don’t have to transfer the students every time we want to run a report on all students?
I don't understand what you mean by transfer students over. Are you talking about having to assign users to the role of students in a course? Because that is necessary otherwise they wouldn't be "students" in the course. You should only have to do that once though. Once they are in the course, they are in the course.
Perhaps you can create a screencast recording showing your current method and then we can point out where you are going wrong or where you can do something else that is easier.
