Remove 'edited by' information on forums

Remove 'edited by' information on forums

On the front page of our Moodle we have a news setup to show the latest information, but my boss loves changing what I put in there!  Except that every time he does it says 'Edited by YOUR BOSS at TIME'.

He's a bit undecisive and as a result it now shows three lines of 'edited by' text.  Is there any way to stop this from happening?

Have you tried going back in and removing it, along with your own newly created "edited by"?

Gee isn't there a setting that controls whether edited by comments are displayed or not?? If not, I'll put in an enhancement request.
