We wouldn't know without seeing the data structure as this is highly customised to each installation.
The general process would be:
- Install new ILP (leave existing 1.9 tables in database)
- Create new reports with appropriate fields - essentially you want to map the post content in the old table to a HTML field in a new report, the deadline to deadline field etc. The enrty table contains user information (e.g. setfor and setby mappings)
- Identify the new report fields for mapping - may be best to create one report at a time and for a single user so you can understand the changes (transaction logging on database would make this easier)
- Write a mapping SQL statement
We would estimate 3 days to develop and test a migration script for a particular dataset if you wanted to buy this in - this is not a standard service as most have used a suitable cut-off to re-launch the ILP usually as part of Moodle 2.x release.
