I have a college with one paypal account and have no idea what all they use it for but, need to use it collect funds for a course.
1) Given the Moodle-PayPal Plugin relationship, can I collect the money and get folks into the course with just the PayPal email or do I have to have IPN setup.
2) If none of the other transactions for the college use IPN, what impact would setting IPN to the Moodle IPN.php have on those other transactions.
