Something weird is happening to my Moodle installation. I am running Moodle 2.2.1 on Ubuntu 64bit, Xeon 1.6GHz, 14GB RAM with APC and only have a maximum of 40 concurrent users at peak time - however most of the time there are only 2 or 3 concurrent users (talk about overkill...)
Moodle is blazing fast for everyone apart from myself and another colleague. We're both teachers but only on 3 courses each. I am an administrator.
I've checked the server resources and everything is pretty much flatline (memory, CPU, network, disk access, etc.). Performance at the bottom of the page shows the following:
So far, I have tried purging all caches, rebooting the server, connect from different computers around school (different subnets), different browsers, different operating systems - same result
Is there any test I can run to determine what is wrong with mine and my colleague's profile?
