yes, exactly that functionality is what I want. However, I'd like to have that popup available without the html editor - so that I can specify an image/media file for a question.
My idea is, that it would be better to have that popup instead of a drop down list for the "Image to display" field that we see when editing a question.
Of course, there is the little difference that the files specified through the html editor popup are accessed via a fully specified url instead of a dynamically re-created url (which is the case for quiz question images selected using the drop-down list).
On this note, are there any projects in progress to modify the image/documents/media storage and access in Moodle?
