Sometimes I need my webhosting tech support guys to check inconveniences with my moodle. So I had to create a special account for the tech to come and fix the problem. The thing is, I do not want them to have access to all my courses and info, especially when I am working with a paypal account. What is the role I should assign to a new user? or what are the permissions you suggest me to enable/disable if I create a new role.
Where do I do this?
