How do I make it where a student can view all their grades when they are logged in? Right now there is no link or anything for them to view. The only way they can view their test grade is to manually enter each exam.

Check your course settings to see if you have the gradebook hidden. (Administration block > Settings > Show gradebook to students) Once you do this, for students there should then be a Grades link in the administration block.
If after checking that they still can't see their grades, check the permissions for the student role to make sure they are allowed to view the gradebook.
