We are interested in using moodle with an assessment tool similar to Questionmark. ( UK)  If any of the developers have a workable solution to this please contact us.

You mean a tool like the built in Moodle quiz?

Or do you mean an arbitrary external tool, using the LTI modules in Moodle 2.2?

Or, do you mean something else, in which case please can you explain more?
