I´m a IT Manager of my University. Now we have 10 moodle instances for all universities. 1 instance for each faculty.
I want to know some method to keep my Moodle sites updates, i.e. what process i can use to apply patches, security, and general updates to my 10 instances what i maintain?
How i can determine when to apply these to my instances?

I agree 100%, it definetely takes some time to move around this site: I certainly had some trouble finding my way when I started here. Having a course page without descriptions (for section titles and for activities) definetely does not help.
Eventhough I agree with the idea that the Moodle site needs some reestructuring, I don't think that the cause for duplicate posting lies in how the site is structured, but in the assumption that once a question is posted, an answer should appear within a few minutes.
