documents as a new page of a Wiki

Students have to use the problem solving cycle to deal with complex engineering problems. I will use a Wiki to increase cooperative learning and working in project teams. I want to support the problem soving cycle by replace the empty new page in a Wiki with a structured document. These documents give small intructions and a lot of place to decribe every step of the soving process.

How can I replace the empty page of the Wiki with a structured one?

Thank you!

toward or at the end of this thread, there is a set of instructions that may or may not be helpful. I am only now in the process of getting this, but I doubt I can apply it across all my Moodles... Seems some have the ability to edit first page names, some do not, so it may be theme based, or a setting that has been turned on in some versions of Moodles but off in others. No idea why. One of those things that someone should look at, but may not have the time...  There is also this item in Moodle Tracker - you may want to vote for change here.
