Hello,
Do a search with "examview" on this forum and you will find that some Moodle users have contributed several plugins to import examview files in Moodle 2.x.
Another way is to use MoodleXMLBuilder to convert your Examview files into Moodle XML format files wich you could then import in Moodle 2.x
