I'm using Moodle 2.2.1+ and some users have encountered a problem getting the file selector to appear when they try to add attachments to forums.
I have cleared the cache on the server,changed the theme to standard but its not getting past the image attached. The really strange thing is that if the users use the insert/edit image toolbar button they can access the filepicker so it looks like its falling down before envoking the file picker for these users or displaying the "no files attached message" to the user
I have also tried logging in as the user but I am not affected by it but the users that are have tried IE 9, FF and chrome but it did not resolve the problem for them
What could the problem be?
