adding parameters to a resource in moodle 2.2.1

In moodle 1.9 i used to be able to add my own file named show.php with its parameters like show.php?chapterID=3 from "link to a file or website" section.

and also i could send some other parameters like courseid, studentid etc. from the same page, in parameters section.

my file was in moodle folder and depending on chapterID value, it shows me a navigation with related files i listed in a table in DB.

 

but after i upgraded my system to moodle 2.2.1, I can not find where and how to add my file as a source with its parameters.

Anyone can help me?
