I have uploaded the latest version moodle 2.2.1 and now seeing this message   

syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home/pdhub6yo/public_html/rica-hub.com/lib/accesslib.php on line 5288

I have checked with my hosters and confirmed all is ok with them, including the obvious PHP extensions - they tell me this message is a coding error. Can anyone help please? How do I resolve this problem?

As I've just found out, that is an Hebrew message error ("missing double dots") that refers to PHP's scope resolution operator (:smile. So I guess this means that there might be a bug in the accesslib.php file.

What php version number are you using? You should have version 5.3.2 (or greater) installed.
