This started happening when going from 2.2.0 to 2.2.1 in chrome.
Create a Cloze Question
Click the DECODE AND VERIFY QUESTION TEXT
After the postback, TinyMCE doesn't show and you just see pure html in all edit areas.
This doesn't happen in Firefox.

I am not seeing this problem on my Moodle 2.2.1+ (Build: 20120213) test site under Google Chrome (version 16.0.912.77 m on Windows XP).
Maybe related to the contents of the Cloze question you are editing?
Are you experiencing the problem when creating new Cloze questions or/and when editing old ones?
Can you post a screenshot?

Yeah, there's something wierd happening with my hosting provider. It's not a moodle problem.
