when I use the course report in my moodle website ，the course report has the following column name :time, IP address,fullnameuser,action,info,but in my MSSQL's mdl_log table , it does not have fullnameuser, it just has id, time,userid,ip,course,module,cmid,action,url,info .So, I think mdl_log may not be the table for course report, where does moodle the course report ?
