I've placed the latest Tagged versions of Collapsed Topics and Weeks in the Moodle plugins Database which solve issues discussed in http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=194493 & http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=193381 regarding BOM (http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-31343) issues in my code and updated to use the correct GPL licence for all Moodle code.
