Please anybody tell me how questions are displaying as html while student attempt quiz. I need what is the function name and inputs to that function.

What is the source of your urgency? What files have you looked at so far?

It depends on your moodle version. In 2.1 and higher you should look in question/type/the-question-type-in-question/renderer.php. Note that for some layout issues you may be able to use css, which you can tweak in the theme or even on the quiz page.
