Please anybody tell me how questions are displaying as html while student attempt quiz. I need what is the function name and inputs to that function.

It depends on your moodle version. In 2.1 and higher you should look in question/type/the-question-type-in-question/renderer.php. Note that for some layout issues you may be able to use css, which you can tweak in the theme or even on the quiz page. lächelnd
