I'm not sure what's going on with you, but I wanted to make a couple of suggestions for getting technical help. I tried your link, but your site is set to require a login, and I don't have a username/password -- so I was unable to see the problem.
You might want to post this under Using Moodle, since the Lounge isn't for technical assistance.
Since lots of us are using different versions of Moodle, it's really helpful to include your Moodle version when you're posting for assistance.
