I am facing at the moment a nice challenge, so I was hoping that you could help me out a bit with this issue.
Our LMS (currently running with 1.9.1) is accessible to Law Enforcement users around Europe. Now we have been asked to give possibility to other users, from outside the EU, to enter the LMS.
This would be fine, but these users should not have access to Open Platforms and Modules we are having available (those are courses which are enrollable).
Is there any Capability which restricts the user to self-enroll?
Does maybe another version give a solution to that problem?
Do you have maybe any other proposals to help me out in enroll Students only manually to Courses and be prevented of enter self-enrollable Courses?
