Hi - We are using the site policy agreement, but (on our Moodle 1.9 instance at least where the terms url is outside moodle) there is no record of user viewing and agreeing to site policy anywhere in the logs, so it does not provide any evidence the user has seen and agreed to it.
It would be great if it did!
