Could you tell me how to remove SITE NEWS Column on the first main page ? because I dont like with Discuss This Forum link at the end of that box.

Check the settings in Admin->Configuration->Site Settings. There is a drop down box "Front page Format". Select something other than "Show news items".
If you are referring to a front page block, then turn editing on from the front page then hide or delete the block "Latest News".
