Feedback - 2 users, one form?

Hi

Our HR Manager wants to add a level 3 evaluation to the end of a course where the user (student) completes some information about the course and how it has been applied to the workplace, and their line manager (teacher) adds their own comments.

The user and line manager are not necasseraly in the same office so they need to complete the information independantly.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to achieve this? Is it possible to have a single form, have the user complete half, save it, then have the line manager complete the second half?

If not I guess it would need to be two forms? Is there a way to link the two forms?

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction or come up with a clever idea!
