Thanks for that problem is it has been built on my laptop under Windows 7 environment so Linux even if i had it is out of my league..lol
Just install phpmyadmin but still haven't got a clue..lol what I need to find is where Moodle hides its sql files or the table files I need to import into phpmyadmin(mind you enen if i find them do really know what I'm doing in phpmyadmim anyway..lol) So there we have a built database that i can't export of my laptop up to a new hosting company when I find one..
Any ideas or do you know any wizz users that can dial in and do it for me..lol
