Dear all,
There appears to be an issue with IE9 and custom course formats when you have two or more installed and you are changing to another language in that the page goes wrong.
I have raised Moodle Tracker 'MDL-31343' for this where you can see what I mean and the work around.
Please kindly see if you can verify this yourselves with your own custom course formats and also vote for the issue.
