InnoBD conversion moved in Moodle 2.2

I have done a few test migrations from 1.9->2.1.x, and all has been going well. I just tried a 1.9->2.2.x to see how that might go, and cannot find the utility that converts the database to InnoDB. In 2.1.x, it was <moodle_address>/admin/innodb.php, but that doesn't work in 2.2.

What am I missing?

If you are using a cli interface, you find "mysql_engine.php" in /admin/cli.  Otherwise you find the utility in the new "tool" folder, /admin/tool/innodb
